Carly O'Connor

I understand the pain of trauma, and what it's like to feel lost, confused, or stuck. I've been on a journey of learning and healing since 2001 and when I found energy work, I was skeptical but desperate. I was willing to try anything to free myself from a lifelong pattern of trauma and hardship. I love to joke with new clients that I'm often a last resort and people often come to me once they've tried everything else. I get it. I had, too. And through energy work paired with mindful changes, I started noticing shifts in my reality. Today, my life looks a lot different - full of love, joy, and abundance and I'm forever grateful.

I hadn't planned on being an energy worker, but as my energy lifted, I uncovered my intuition and an ability to potentiate energetic alchemy in others.  I wanted to understand how it all worked so I immersed myself in the study of energy, healing modalities, and mysticism. It took many nudges from my teachers to offer this work to the world, but I know this is my Soul's Purpose and how I've come to be of service. I still find it difficult to describe this work but you could call me an Energetic Healing Channel.  One thing I know for certain is that if you're here, there's a reason.
